Tova Weissler Chansky was an art teacher with a pottery studio for 25 years before opening Tovavi Falafel.
When her older sons moved out of the house, she decided to start a business with her younger son Avi, with that, Tovavi (Tova+Avi) was born. Tova now spends her days knee-deep in falafel mixture.
Tovavi falafel is a family-owned falafel business in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Tovavi is kosher, vegan, gluten free falafel (ant nut and preservative free too), brought directly to you at local area restaurants, schools, events and farmer's markets.
Tovavi falafel is made fresh from just four ingredients: organic chic peas, garlic, cilantro and onions. The seasonings are our secret! Falafel sandwiches come in a fresh pita directly to you all the way from Jerusalem and the pita bread is yoshon and pas yisroel.
Tovavi is certified kosher under the supervision of VAAD HARABANIM OF GREATER WASHINGTON
